Coco's is a company that makes candy focusing on chocolates. The name of the company is a direct reference to the chocolate making process as chocolate is made from cocoa which is a roasted and ground powder derived from cacao seeds. It is estimated that a whopping 1 billion people around the world eat chocolate daily, and 9 out of 10 people love chocolate which has inspired the logo symbol which is that of a heart. I wanted the visual direction of coco's to focus on bringing out that inner child. The packaging of the chocolate bars features characters that reference the flavor profile of each bar. In general branding the heart takes center stage. Everything is fun, impactful, and nostalgic; I wanted the chocolate bars to be an experience rather than something that is quickly consumed and thrown away.
